FabUTech LLC (“we,” “us”) operates this website for DuraRad. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you request the DuraRad data package, follow the validation milestone, or reserve an evaluation kit, we collect what you submit: your name, organization, email address, role, and area of interest, and, for a kit reservation, your program details and the vial format you run, along with any message you include.
• Form submissions. Requests you submit are received directly by this website, which runs on Cloudflare’s hosting infrastructure (United States), and are delivered to us as email through our email delivery provider, Resend (United States), which processes them on our behalf under its own terms.
• Payment information. Reserving an evaluation kit requires no payment. If we confirm your batch and you accept a purchase agreement, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor under its own privacy terms; FabUTech does not receive or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate site traffic. This does not track you across other sites and does not build an advertising profile. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your request, to send the material you asked for, and to follow up about DuraRad. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the site and communications, bound by confidentiality obligations.

Data retention

We retain contact requests for as long as needed to support the conversation and our legitimate business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided by emailing [email protected]. You can opt out of follow-up communication at any time.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site and our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
